A word from our Headteacher

The Sandringham Federation of Primary Academies brings together Sandringham and West Newton CE Primary Academy and Flitcham Primary Academy — two small, rural, vibrant schools situated in the heart of the beautiful Royal Sandringham Estate in West Norfolk.

From my very first visits, I was struck by the strong family ethos that runs through both schools. Our communities are close‑knit, supportive, and proud of their schools, and this sense of belonging is at the centre of everything we do. While this website — and the links to each individual school — will give you a flavour of our values, curriculum, and day‑to‑day life, nothing compares to seeing our schools in action. We warmly encourage prospective families to arrange a visit and experience our wonderful environments first‑hand.

I like coming to school here, there are fun lessons, everyone is friendly, I have made lots of friends since moving here. I am looking forward to going on a residential in years 5 and 6.
