Vision, Aims and Values

Our Federation Vision

We aim to create a warm, inclusive and stimulating environment where every child is nurtured, challenged and inspired. Rooted in the Parable of the Sower — “Some seed fell into good soil, and when it grew, it produced a hundredfold” (Luke 8:8) — our vision is to help all children flourish academically, socially, morally and spiritually.

Our strapline captures this purpose:

Learn and grow together, play and pray together.

Our Aims

We support children to reach their full potential by:

  • Living out our Christian foundation, while respecting other world faiths.
  • Setting high expectations for learning, behaviour and personal development.
  • Building strong partnerships with families, the Church and our wider community.
  • Providing a broad, balanced and enriching curriculum that develops the whole child.
  • Creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where every child is valued and supported.

Our Core Values

Our Christian values guide daily life across both schools:

• Generosity • Compassion • Courage • Forgiveness • Friendship • Respect • Trust • Service • Justice • Truthfulness • Perseverance • Thankfulness •

These values are explored through Bible stories, collective worship and everyday experiences, helping children understand how faith shapes action.

Our School Ethos

Our shared ethos is simple and consistent:

Ready – Respectful – Safe

These expectations underpin behaviour, relationships and attitudes to learning across the Federation. They are strengthened through restorative practice, collective worship, PSHE, and our commitment to nurturing responsible, thoughtful and resilient learners.
