At The Sandringham Federation, we aim to work in partnership with parents, carers and our wider community. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through informal discussion with staff, but if you feel that an issue has not been addressed satisfactorily, you may wish to make a formal complaint.
The Federation follows the Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust (DNEAT) Complaints Policy, which sets out a clear, fair and transparent process for raising and resolving concerns. This includes complaints relating to curriculum provision and collective worship, in line with the Education Act (1996).
